Under 25? The government want your views

Here is an opportunity for young people to help shape the government's forthcoming Cultural Education Plan.

Common Vision are working with Arts Council England to conduct research into young people’s views on culture, creativity and cultural education. Commissioned by the Department for Education (DfE) and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS), the project will support children and young people to share their experiences of arts and culture and consider what young people need to access and enjoy cultural and creative experiences.  Insights will be shared directly with government officials.

Common Vision wants to hear from a diverse range of young people aged under-25 across England, from those who have an active interest in culture and creative opportunities as well as those who haven't had many opportunities to get involved. Here's how you can help:

If you’re under 25 please fill in the 10-minute online questionnaire: https://tinyurl.com/YPculture and share it with your friends.
Respondents will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a £50 voucher.

You can also take part in the project by becoming a Youth Facilitator. You will receive training and payment to conduct youth-led workshops with other young people who you already know. Workshops must take place by mid-June, with online training sessions scheduled shortly. If you know a youth advisory group or forum who might be interested in holding a workshop, or if you'd like to nominate yourself or an individual young person, please complete this expression of interest form.
