Richard Taylor calls for action

Following two young people being stabbed to death, Richard Taylor is quoted in the Sun saying, “The PM needs to get a grip on this. I met the PM in November and pointed out youth groups were being forced to close down due to lack of funds. I am tired of hearing about more young lives being taken.”
