Represent the youth voice in Southwark

Southwark Youth Parliament (SYP) are looking for young people from schools, youth clubs or groups in the local area to stand as candidates in a number of new and exciting roles including Youth Leader, Deputy Leader and Cabinet member.

SYP consist of a group of young people that are elected by young people to represent the youth voice. They support Southwark Council to develop ways to address issues that matter to young people in the borough.

To apply, you need to be a Southwark resident aged between 14 - 19 years old and you can stand as a candidate for your school, youth club or neighbourhood.

Applications close on Friday 25 June 2021.
